BPMN Modeling with Enterprise Architect

This course will teach you Business Process Model and Notation and how to use the Enterprise Architect workshop.The objectives are to introduce and use the different types of diagrams and elements, as well as all the tool's functionalities. Through the various exercises proposed, participants will acquire a practical knowledge of BPMN and Enterprise Architect, enabling them to tackle BPM projects in their own Enterprise Architect working context.


Targets

After this training, participants will have acquired the following skills:

  • The practice of BPMN 2.0 modeling with EA
  • Business process organization and modeling based, among other things, on business scenarios
  • Good practices in process modelling
  • Documentation generation from EA and BPMN modeling 
     

Prerequisite

To be able to take part in this training course, experience of business analysis is desirable, as well as experience of IT project modeling.
